Course Description: The Bachelor of Science in PostOp Body Contouring (POBC) and Nonsurgical Body Contouring (NSBC) Biomechanics is an advanced program tailored for professionals in the field of body aesthetics, offering a flexible, hybrid learning model suitable for those who are employed full-time. This degree, ideal for individuals with prior academic experience, delves into the specialized areas of body contouring and neuro-skeletal biomechanics. The curriculum is designed to provide in-depth training in client-specific care, cultural aspects of aesthetics, and cutting-edge biomechanical techniques, equipping students for dynamic roles in biomechanical research and application.

The course is self paced. Students can go as fast or as slow as they want. The course is broken into Modules with students taking exams between each one. Students will not be able to complete the program and apply for their certification unless they receive an 80% or better on each Module Exam.

The course includes:

1. A lymphatic drainage course (8 hrs)
2. 38 hr online didactic lecture
3. 10 hr online hybrid immersion
4. 14 hr clinical lab immersion learning and becoming certified in 15+ machines & devices (in-person options available)
5. Access to a 300+ video database of hand sculpting techniques
6. Certification in “The TOSI Method”

In totality, whether someone goes through it at a consistent pace or breaks it up, taking their time to complete the program, the entire program is equatable to about 3 months worth of ongoing comprehensive critical thinking and learning.

Who can take this course: This course is intended for beginners, intermediate, or well versed providers who would like to become specialists in performing services and treatments on clients who would like to non-invasively enhance their body presentations. No previous experience is needed as this extensive comprehensive course teaches every fundamental a professional needs to work on clients. Our requirements are that students are 18yrs of age or older, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a dedication to learning.

What you will learn: Competencies and skills

In the TOSI University PostOp-Indur program, students will embark on a comprehensive journey to acquire specialized competencies and skills essential for providing exemplary care to clients undergoing post-plastic surgery convalescence. Through a series of immersive classes, participants will delve into the anatomy with a focus on the areas of concern for post surgical clients; as well as kinesiology, and manual forces, laying the foundation for understanding the physiological dynamics at play after a client has plastic surgery.

They will learn advanced techniques in lymphatic trauma remodeling, honing their ability to facilitate optimal healing and recovery processes. Additionally, students will explore the principles of trauma remodeling and biohacking, gaining insights into innovative methodologies for enhancing client outcomes.
