Key jobs and duties of CSL Therapy State Board Directors include:

1. Policy Development:  State Board Directors work with the regulatory board to develop & implement policies to ensure the safe and ethical practice of CSL therapy within their state.
2. Licensing: Directors oversee licensing and registration of CSL certificants in their state, including reviewing and approving applications, and monitoring compliance with state regulations.
3. Complaints and Investigations: Directors investigate complaints and allegations of unethical or illegal conduct by CSL therapists and facilities. They also initiate disciplinary proceedings against CSL certificants and facilities found to be in violation of state regulations.
4. Education and Outreach: Establish educational programs and outreach initiatives to promote public awareness of the benefits of CSL therapy.
5. Collaboration with Other Agencies: Network with other state and federal agencies to ensure compliance with federal regulations, and to address industry issues.
6. Budget and Resource Management: With the guidance of the CSL CFO, each State Board Director manages the budget and resources of their state board to ensure their administration has the necessary funding and staff to fulfill its mission and responsibilities.
7. Professional Development: Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments iand regulatory practices.
