To complete Specimen 1

When completing your Board Certification through Surgeon Office filing, everyone in the office is covered without having to buy additional books. 

1 Hardcopy Book* is shipped to the office to have on-hand. Everyone filing for certification will create an account on csltherapy.org. Your account coordinator will collect all of the account login usernames and add the virtual book to everyone’s account, along with the eCourse to take your Precis Exams.

Each staff member will follow these steps to submit their specimen 1:

1. Review the precision book
2. Enroll in the CSL Therapy Precis Course by logging into your CSL Therapy account and back office dashboard.
3. Access your online Precis Course and take the exam. The exam is 30 questions. You need to receive an 80% or higher to pass. You will be able to take the course 2 times before being locked out.
4. Obtain the Precis Course Certificate: Upon successful completion of the CSL Therapy Precis exam, you will be given  the certificate provided by CSL Therapy, which certifies the successful completion of this course.
5. Submit Specimen 1 Certificate: As part of the certification application process, include the obtained CSL Therapy Precis course certificate as Specimen 1.
