In this course you’ll learn the lingo, the methods, the modalities, and so much more.

At the end of the book, you’ll find the link for you to log into your account and take your exam to generate your Certificate of completion. The exam is 30 questions long and usually takes 20-30min to complete. Be careful! The exam allows you to take it twice before locking you out– and you’ll need admin to unlock your account for you. Take your time and refer back to the book for answers (yep, it’s totally an open book kind of thing). The order of the questions change each time you go to take it as well.
