023.1. Quality Assurance Program:
- Certificants and licensees shall establish and maintain a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) program designed to continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided.
023.2. Regular Audits and Evaluations:
- Certificants and licensees shall conduct regular audits and evaluations of their practices, including treatments, documentation, client interactions, and adherence to CSL Therapy’s standards of care.
023.3. Data Collection and Analysis:
- Certificants and licensees shall collect and analyze relevant data, such as client feedback, outcomes, and incident reports, to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.
023.4. Corrective Action Plans:
- If deficiencies or areas for improvement are identified through audits and evaluations, certificants and licensees shall develop and implement corrective action plans to address these issues promptly.
023.5. Documentation of QA Activities:
- Certificants and licensees shall maintain detailed records of QA activities, including audit findings, corrective actions taken, and outcomes of improvement efforts.
023.6. Continuous Improvement Culture:
- CSL Therapy encourages certificants and licensees to foster a culture of continuous improvement, where all stakeholders are actively engaged in enhancing the quality of services.
023.7. Reporting to CSL Therapy:
- Certificants and licensees shall report significant QA findings and improvements to CSL Therapy as part of their commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
023.8. Compliance with Standards:
- Certificants and licensees shall ensure that all QA activities and improvements align with CSL Therapy’s standards of care and regulatory requirements.
023.9. Professional Development:
- CSL Therapy promotes ongoing professional development as a means to enhance quality assurance and improvement efforts. Certificants and licensees are encouraged to engage in relevant training and education.
Failure to comply with this Patient Privacy/Confidentiality & Public safety regulation may result in disciplinary actions by CSL Therapy, including but not limited to certification or licensure suspension or revocation, dismissal fines, and incarceration in accordance with CSL Therapy’s disciplinary policies and procedures.
This regulation shall be effective as of [September 18, 2023] and shall remain in effect until revised or updated by CSL Therapy.
