040.1. Provision of Essential Care:
- CSL Therapists shall provide essential care to patients, including education on maintaining their hygiene, ensuring proper hydration, and addressing their questions of nutritional needs, as required within the scope of their practice. These are requirements, not suggestions as it is a huge part of CSL Therapy and their healing void of complications.
040.2. Monitoring Patient Well-Being:
- CSL Therapists shall monitor patients’ well-being and respond promptly to any signs of discomfort, distress, or decline in their physical condition during their treatment.
040.3. Hydration and Nutrition:
- CSL Therapists shall offer patients access to education on hydration and provide guidance on maintaining proper nutrition to support their recovery and overall well-being.
040.4. Respect for Dignity:
- CSL Therapists shall treat patients with respect for their dignity, ensuring that they are comfortable, clean, and well-cared for during treatment sessions.
Failure to comply with this Patient Privacy/Confidentiality & Public safety regulation may result in disciplinary actions by CSL Therapy, including but not limited to certification or licensure suspension or revocation, dismissal fines, and incarceration in accordance with CSL Therapy’s disciplinary policies and procedures.
This regulation shall be effective as of [September 18, 2023] and shall remain in effect until revised or updated by CSL Therapy.
