CSL Therapy Meeting Minutes #3 Finalizing the flow of CSL Therapy Bylaws are done- listed at the bottom of the website. CPA for nonprofit $4000 Website $3,000 Federal board bylaws will be voted on later. Formal nonprofit organization status—will offset costs being incurred. Cannot be associated with politics. Council, State and Federal Board- For profit Fed Board- 6 -9 agencies. Sub committees Executive, finance, Ethics, Nominating Chairman, secretary, treasure, chief analyst researcher (already in place)
Call to order, meeting agenda, questions at the end during Q&A session CSL Therapy: Term is copy written and has an EIN. Once structure is in place the term will be patented. Cindy Schott, Advisor- meetings must be trackable. Lynn Luckett of Shaperz Inc will be responsible for meeting notes. Follow up within 24 hours with commentary for missed meetings 22 Problems No universal approach for post operative care Instructions from surgeons are inaccurate and often harmful to patients at times No clear regulation on who can provide post cosmetic surgery services No educational resources available to post cosmetic surgery education Health Dept doesn’t recognize
