1-7 Years of experience
If you’re providing post-surgical bodywork services between Day 8 and Week 8 after a client’s plastic surgery, this certification answers a critical question: Have you been clinically cleared and credentialed to provide safe, scope-aligned care in this recovery window?
The POI Clinician Certification validates your competency to work in the trauma remodeling phase of recovery—when tissue thickening, inflammatory rebounds, fluid shifts, and structural tension start to surface. During this window, careless or uninformed techniques can derail healing or distort results. This certification confirms that you’ve demonstrated knowledge of tissue behavior, protocol planning, and safety-informed decision-making for post-surgical clients.
Whether you’re licensed or not, if you’re providing bodywork services during this post-op phase, this certification credential aligns your work with science based best-practice standards and supports compliance with existing regulations. You’re not guessing—you’ve been evaluated, and you’re certified to do it right.
Who is this certification for? This certification is intended for professionals who are actively supporting post-surgical clients during the intermediate trauma remodeling phase (Day 8 to Week 8), including but not limited to:
