Recruits professionals to apply for the CSL Therapy AST Program. 

An AST is an Advanced Scholastic Trainer. 

CSL Therapy’s Advanced Scholastic Trainer (AST) program stands as an esteemed continuing education endeavor accredited by the American Council of Body Altering Aesthetics (ACBAA). This program grants licensure to select instructors or organizations distinguished for their exceptional expertise and commitment to upholding the utmost professional standards in the body altering aesthetics industry. AST-certified individuals or entities are equipped to deliver specialized courses, ensuring an elevated level of education, practical insights, and adherence to industry-leading practices within the realm of aesthetic therapies and treatments. An AST Recruiter would help find educators + professionals, and refer them to apply to become licensed AST’s.

Professionals we are looking for to apply to be an AST: (specifically those who are already certified teachers for their respective trades)

• Nurses 
• Massage Therapists
• Mental Health therapists
• Chiropractors
• Other Allied Health professionals such as Dermatologists, surgeons, OR staff
• Nutritionists
• Personal Trainers
• Anatomists
• Kinesiologists
• Anesthetist 

Key Responsibilities:

• – 3hrs a week networking with other professionals educating them about CSL Therapy
• – adds professionals to our email list serv
• – send outreach correspondence 
• – record 1 video describing the AST Program opportunity
  tracked by AST recruiter at checkout

Job description:

• Be able to describe the AST Program 
• Share AST benefits with healthcare professional leads
• Spend time sending out DMs, curated email template, fliers to healthcare professionals 
• Become a well versed specialist in the AST Program
