Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as a BAA Therapist Certificant & Licensure Recruiter. In this role, you will be a part of building a certified and licensed community within the Body Altering Aesthetics (BAA) industry. The BAA Therapist Certificant & Licensure Recruiter will be responsible for reaching out to professionals practicing in incisional, postop-indur, or body contouring treatments, encouraging them to apply for certification and licensure through CSL Therapy. This remote position involves creating persuasive scripts and DM pitches to connect with potential applicants across social platforms, ultimately ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in the rapidly growing body altering aesthetics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract professionals practicing in incisional, postop-indur, or body contouring treatments.
- Write compelling scripts and DM pitches to be used across social platforms, effectively communicating the benefits of obtaining BAA Therapist Certificancy and Licensure through CSL Therapy.
- Actively engage with professionals through various social media channels, fostering connections and conveying the importance of certification and licensure for industry regulation and client safety.
- Educate potential applicants on the certificancy and licensure process, guiding them through the application and road to licensure.
- Conduct recruitment efforts remotely, utilizing digital communication tools to connect with applicants across different regions.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts, track applicant responses, and provide regular progress reports to the CSL Therapy team.
