In this role, you will be the welcoming face for new staff, volunteers, committee members, and other contributors, guiding them through the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and comprehensive welcome to new staff, volunteers, and committee members, introducing them to CSL Therapy’s mission, values, and culture.
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans tailored to different roles, ensuring a consistent and engaging experience for all new contributors.
  • Facilitate the completion of necessary onboarding documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding training sessions, covering essential information about CSL Therapy’s operations, processes, and expectations.
  • Ensure new members have the necessary access, tools, and resources to perform their roles effectively, collaborating with relevant teams for provisioning.
  • Gather feedback from new members about their onboarding experience, using insights to continually improve the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, including IT, HR, and relevant committee leaders.
