As a Forms Creator, you will be responsible for developing and standardizing content for various applications and information submission forms. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop content for applications and information submission forms based on the specific needs and requirements of CSL Therapy.
• Standardize content on forms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to CSL Therapy’s branding and communication guidelines.
• Utilize various platforms, including PDF, Microsoft Word, Canva, and CSL Therapy’s internal forms creator with GHL software and systems, to design and implement standardized forms (training is provided on these systems).
• Work collaboratively with internal teams, stakeholders, and content creators to gather necessary information and requirements for form creation.
• Ensure that forms are designed in a user-friendly manner, optimizing the submission process for applicants and users.
• Provide training and support to users, ensuring they understand the purpose and functionality of the forms and how to navigate them effectively.
