Description

The Funding Committee Leader at CSL Therapy helps to secure financial support to advance CSL Therapy’s missions. This role involves leading a team dedicated to securing financial resources, grants, sponsorships, scholarships, partnerships, and other funding opportunities to support the organization’s mission and initiatives within the body altering aesthetics industry. The Funding Committee Leader will strategize, develop fundraising campaigns, cultivate donor relationships, and seek diverse funding sources to sustain and expand CSL Therapy’s impact and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Funding Committee members to curate and identify viable sponsorship opportunities aligned with CSL Therapy’s values and objectives.
  • Work with the Funding Committee members to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, ensuring their ongoing engagement and support for our organization.
  • Regularly communicate with donors, keeping them informed about CSL Therapy’s growth, impact, and future initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to add new annual sponsors to the organization’s website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work with the Funding Committee members to monitor sponsorship renewals and work closely with the writing committee to craft compelling renewal letters.
  • Create a monthly funding update that highlights key accomplishments, new sponsorship agreements, and financial progress. Present this update at general assembly meetings.
  • Work with the Funding Committee members to develop and implement strategies to attract new sponsors and funding sources to sustain and expand CSL programs.
  • Coordinate with other committees and teams within CSL Therapy to align fundraising efforts with overall organizational goals.
  • Participate in 1 meeting per month with council members to align writing efforts with organizational goals
  • Attend the monthly general assembly meeting to provide insights and updates
