CSL Therapy Organization is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Outreach & Awareness Committee Leader to spearhead our efforts in community engagement, outreach initiatives, and raising awareness within the body altering aesthetics industry. The role involves leading a dedicated team focused on developing strategies, campaigns, and events to promote the organization’s mission, expand its reach, and foster positive relationships with stakeholders. The Outreach & Awareness Committee Leader will drive impactful initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and implement creative approaches to increase visibility and engagement with diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Outreach & Awareness Committee members in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance organizational visibility and community engagement.
- Work with the Outreach & Awareness Committee members to develop and implement outreach campaigns, programs, and events aligned with CSL Therapy’s mission and values.
- Work with the Outreach & Awareness Committee members to help state directors host successful events
- Work with the Outreach & Awareness Committee members to ensure events are filled with adequate outreach marketing materials; help state directors place orders when needed for marketing materials
- Work with the Outreach & Awareness Committee members to identify & work on a list of promo materials that need to be created (will be outsourced to fiverr, we just need someone to follow up with the projects through to completion):
- business cards
- rack cards
- event promo fliers (3x 5)
- brochures for allied health prof visits
- Write a monthly outreach update to read at general assembly
- Participate in 1 meeting per month with council members to align writing efforts with organizational goals
- Attend the monthly general assembly meeting to provide insights and updates
- Collaborate with other committee leaders to ensure coordinated messaging across various channels
