The Research Committee Leader will oversee and drive research initiatives, guide projects, facilitate collaboration among team members, and ensure the timely execution of research activities aligned with CSL Therapy’s goals. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Research ongoing needs of CSL Therapy to achieve overall goals of the organization
• Support State Directors in their research efforts as they need research items for their individual projects
• Organize data as it becomes made available
• Write a monthly research update to read at general assembly
• Work with research committee members to identify Body Altering Aesthetic industry facts
• Work with research committee members to assist in upcoming or pending research studies 
• Keep team informed and engaged through discord committee group
• Participate in 1 meeting per month with council members to align writing efforts with organizational goals
• Attend the monthly general assembly meeting to provide insights and updates
• ​​Collaborate with other committee leaders to ensure coordinated messaging across various channels
