CSL Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to take on the role of Who’s Who (WIW) Interviewer: Debriefing. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting internal interviews with regional directors and state directors. These interviews, lasting approximately 30 minutes each, will focus on exploring the connections and networks of interviewees to identify potential opportunities for expanding CSL Therapy’s impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate 30-minute interviews with regional directors and state directors within CSL Therapy.
  • Conducting Interviews: Facilitate interviews with directors, encouraging them to share insights into their networks and connections.
  • Database Exploration: Guide interviewees through their databases and contacts, identifying individuals or organizations that could contribute to CSL Therapy’s growth.
  • Networking Discussions: Engage in conversations about potential collaborations, partnerships, or initiatives that can be explored based on interviewee connections.
  • Note-taking: Take detailed notes during interviews, capturing key information about connections, potential leads, and collaboration opportunities.
  • Collaboration Recommendations: Provide recommendations based on interview findings, suggesting ways in which CSL Therapy can leverage existing connections for expansion.
  • Relationship Building: Build positive and collaborative relationships with regional and state directors, fostering open communication and trust.

Feedback and Reporting: Compile feedback from interviews and generate reports to inform CSL Therapy’s leadership team about potential growth opportunities.
