As the Agency Officer Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the three educational and three regulatory agencies within CSL Therapy. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the three educational agencies and three regulatory agencies within CSL Therapy.
• Ensure that all regulatory agencies operate in full compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with educational agencies to uphold high standards in course development, accreditation, and delivery of educational programs.
• Work on the development and refinement of policies and procedures to guide the operations of educational and regulatory agencies.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including educators, regulatory bodies, and accreditation organizations, to enhance CSL Therapy’s reputation and influence.
• Provide regular updates and reports to CSL Therapy leadership on the activities, achievements, and challenges faced by educational and regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with relevant committees, such as the Accreditation Committee, to ensure seamless coordination between agencies and organizational goals.
