The role involves leading a team focused on providing guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to individuals preparing for presentations, pitches, or educational sessions within the body altering aesthetics industry. The Practice Pitch Committee Leader will facilitate practice sessions, coach presenters, and foster an environment conducive to enhancing communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify an SOP for State Directors to connect with practice pitching committee members
• Work with the Practice Pitch Committee members to write scripts for different tasks and outreach (work with writing committee if required)
• Coordinate/organize Practice Pitch Committee members to practice scripts with state directors
• Work with the Practice Pitch Committee members to record sample videos for State Director pitching
• Write a monthly outreach update to read at general assembly
• Participate in 1 meeting per month with council members to align writing efforts with organizational goals
• Attend the monthly general assembly meeting to provide insights and updates
• ​​Collaborate with other committee leaders to ensure coordinated messaging across various channels
